Requirement Outline:
> You: we are only looking for adult players (18+). You have to be able to fully understand and communicate in English. You are expected to have a stabile connection and computer.
> Skill, knowledge of class & fast learning: you must show dedication to your class, improving continually to best serve guild progress. In game reaction time, raid awareness, WASD skills, top DPS/HPS/TPS is expected. Knowing class mechanics, theorycrafting & EJ is also expected.
> Activity: we expect close to 90% (4 days of attendancy over 5 raiding nights/week is a minimum!) We also expect you to stay updated on our guild forums on a daily basis.
> Attitude: mature, cool-headed and able to mix in with the 5 year old international community. Being able to take harsh criticism but also make your opinions known to guild management if you think you have good suggestions on how to improve things. Ofc humour, participating in community life via forums & other guild events is a plus.
> Gear: we are looking at a minimum of icc25 gear level, as we are focusing on Heroic ICC25 progress at the moment. (Look up our raiders on armory, if you realize your gearlevel is extensivly lower than ours, dont bother.)
> PvE Experience : Strong pve experience is required. Ulduar Hard Mode & CC HC experience is a plus. Any pre WOTLK experience is also looked at, especially top-end content like AQ40/Vanilla Naxx/SWP, etc.
Note: if you do not meet these requirements, you must come up with very convincing arguments on how you will be able to cover the gap if we decide to invest into a trial.
Raiding Schedule:
> 25 mans sun-thur: 19.15 - 23.30
> 10 mans fri-sat: 19.15 - 23.30 & after raids on an ad-hoc basis.
