Why do you want to join Fractured? Why us specifically? I'd like to join Fractured because the guild seems friendly and active. Never heard anything bad or so about the guild, so these are my thoughts. Also i'd like to progress more in ICC.

Who do you know in Fractured, who would vouch for you as a potentially good addition to our raiders? Don't i know anyone in the guild. Just been chatting with a few of you and that's where i got the friendly thoughts about you.

Have you got PVE-Raid experience (WotLK, TBC, pre TBC)? If yes, which? Please described all Hardmode/heroic pve experience
WotLK: Everything from Naxx to ICC. Experience in ICC is Professor Putricide. ( That's on my shaman "vårtlisa" on "lightbringer" ).
TBC: Everything from karazhan to Black temple, never gone further into BT then Mother though.
Pre TBC: Didn't play for so long at that time, just did ZG and AQ20.

Are you exalted with Ashen Verdict? No, i'm not. Just revered.

Have you got any WWS reports / screenshots of dmg/healing meters from raids where you have been participating? No i don't to be honest.

Have you got any high rated Arena experience? Not higher then 1.5k to be honest.

How much time are you prepared to dedicate to raiding (raids attended/week)? I will be able to raid every day. Playing to around 01.00 every day.

Have you been in another guild? Which one(s), and reasons for leaving the previous guilds? Havn't realy been raiding so serious with this character. The guild i'm in at the moment is my alts guild "unidentified".

What is your best qualities to help the guild progress? Focus on your skill, your knowledge of the game and tactics and your personal ideas for success. Please explain in detail.... We want you to show us who you are! My best qualities it that i am ready to wipe all night, never whine about almost anything. I stay calm and never get angry to anyone, atleast not so anyone detect it. My skill is that i can raise high DPS, i figure out my own way to DPS. I have quite high knowledge about the Game since i've almost played since WoW released.

Gear looks ok not the beast iv seen there is some things i need to say
in your boots you have a crapy gem 8 STR + 8 Haste. gemmin +20 STR is much better also 10 STR + 10 haste in your head go with + 20 STR your usein the 21AGI + 3% crit meta so you only need 1 yellow make that 10 STR + 10 Crit thats in your hand use 1 blue gem +10 all stats i see you have this in your waist and then stack +20 str in the rest for max STR / DPS right thats it about gems now on to Enchants. all your enchants are fine part from your Shoulders put some work into the son of hodir and get the rep enchant. now movein onto Glyphs.

Whats wrong here let me tell you Glyph of Exorcism is crap use Glyph of consecration this save 50MP5 also more dps and saves a Globle CD crash. also you have 2 open slots for glyphs why not fill them up with something use full im not goin to tell you witch one to use you can replay here and show us you know how to glyph a Retri paladin as at this time i dont think you do thats it about glyph for now movein onto Raid XP.

I see from your Achivements you have no Ulduar 10 or 25 man hardmodes no TOTGC 10 or 25 man hardmodes.
Over all i dont think you have the XP to be in a top end raidin guild but it's not upto me to Decline your apply

Hello and thanks for the reply.

When i read this i realised that i've done pretty wrong with the gemming and glyphs, didn't think about that i was 2 glyphs short either.
But i've changed glyphs and filled them now. Changed the gems as you told me aswell.

After that, about the raiding experience, i've never done anything in Uld hardmode, but i've done totc10 HM 4/5 but none in 25. ( Not on this character though) .
In ulduar i played on my shaman "vårtlisa" so i have my achieves there.
